Liam “Hunter” Blake hates the Reapers MC. Born and raised a Devil’s
Jack, he knows his duty. He’ll defend his club from their oldest enemies—the
Reapers—using whatever weapons he can find. But why use force when the Reapers’
president has a daughter who’s alone and vulnerable? Hunter has wanted her from
the minute he saw her, and now he has an excuse to take her.
Em has lived her entire life in the shadow of the Reapers. Her
overprotective father, Picnic, is the club’s president. The last time she had a
boyfriend, Picnic shot him. Now the men in her life are far more interested in
keeping her daddy happy than showing her a good time. Then she meets a handsome
stranger—a man who isn't afraid to treat her like a real woman. One who isn't
afraid of her father. His name is Liam, and he’s The One.
Or so she thinks.
Manda's 4 Star Review:
Growing
up in the Reapers MC has its benefits but it also makes dating difficult. Em is
the daughter of the MC president and has lived a life protected by the MC,
which means dating is nearly impossible. She has spent far too much time
waiting for a guy, who is far to afraid of her father to step up. Then she
meets Liam. After exchanging messages she finally decides its time to meet the
guy who could be the one, that's when it all goes horribly wrong. Things are
never what they seem and Em finds out too late that when someone seems too good
to be true they probably are.
Liam
has grown up a Devil's Jack. He would so anything for his club, his family.
Including defending themselves from the Reapers MC. When an opportunity to get
close to the president of the Reapers daughter presents itself he jumps on it.
He wants her from the start but he has a job to do and he would do anything for
his club. Even if that means giving up what he wants.
Joanna
Wylde has done it again!! I am completely hooked on this series and could not
wait to read this book. The characters are amazing and you can't help but get
pulled into the story. I could not put this book down. Em is by far the best of
the ladies. She is tough and not afraid to kick some ass when needed. The story
will keep you interested from start to finish and leave you wanting more. This
is definitely my favorite book in the series so far,but they just keep getting
better and better. Cannot wait for the next book. Fantastic job Joanna Wylde!
Reaper's Property (Reapers MC
#1)
Marie doesn’t need a complication like Horse. The massive, tattooed,
badass biker who shows up at her brother’s house one afternoon doesn’t agree.
He wants Marie on his bike and in his bed. Now. But Marie just left her abusive
jerk of an ex-husband and she’s not looking for a new man. Especially one like
Horse—she doesn’t know his real name or where he lives, she’s ninety percent
certain he’s a criminal and that the “business” he talks with her brother isn’t
website design. She needs him out of her life, which would be a snap if he’d
just stop giving her mind-blowing orgasms. Horse is part of the Reapers Motorcycle
Club, and when he wants something, he takes it. What he wants is Marie, but
she’s not interested in becoming “property of”. Then her brother steals
from the club. Marie can save him by giving Horse what he wants—at home, in
public, on his bike… If she’s a very, very good girl, she’ll get lots more of
those orgasms only he can offer, and he’ll let her brother live. Maybe.
Mag's 3 Star Review:
Marie
isn’t trying to live life on the back of some muscly tattooed biker’s
motorcycle, nor does she want to be considered “property” to anyone, but life
has a funny way of changing our paths. Forced to move into a tiny trailer
with her brother after being beat by her husband, Marie comes face to face with
Horse, a member of the Reapers Motorcycle Club. Horse wants Marie and he
has every intention of getting her one way or another. After Marie’s
brother stupidly tries to steal from the MC, Horse comes up with the idea to
take Marie as blood payment instead of killing her brother. Marie finds
herself being thrown into the MC world right on the back of Horse’s bike.
Reapers Property was inviting from the beginning and I was genuinely eager to
read it. There was a solid plot with some hilarious parts mixed in with
some yummy bikers. Marie is remarkably strong to be put in the
predicament she was and come out with her head held high. She is the type
of heroine I like. Strong willed with some sass, but still humble when
needing to be. Horse is probably one of my favorite biker characters I
have read. He is a complete dominant alpha male, who can easily put on
the charm when needing to. I liked the plot with this book, but it wasn’t
one of my favorite biker books. There was a little something missing in
it for me, but it had nothing to do with the plot or writing because those were
spot on.
